How will my photos be delivered?

Regular packages for weddings, portraits and events all come with high resolution digital files included available via website link for you to download and via USB. Optional prints & licensing can be purchased for the images for commercial clients.

How long does it take to receive the final photos?

Duration depends on the type of photoshoot. We always ensure the deadlines are communicated clearly within the contract with clients and aim to deliver ahead of schedule. We will keep you up to date with progress and reply to any queries as soon as possible.

What is required to make a booking?

Please enquire through my website above to receive more information and quote. We are unable to accept bookings without a deposit & signed contract. This is to ensure the day is booked and is unavailable for other prospective clients.

How is payment taken?

To keep things simple for all of my photography services my deposit is 50% of the total agreed quote and is made payable upon signing the contract. The remaining amount is due 30 days prior to the photoshoot/wedding/event. I accept UK bank transfers & card (all major cards accepted) for payment.

Where are your prices?

This varies depending on the type of work. For weddings & portrait sessions I have a detailed PDF available to explain my packages available. I would first prefer to discuss what you would like from your photographer and the duration & location of the photoshoot(s) to give you the most accurate pricing.

Why do I need a contract?

This is to ensure clear expectations are set for both parties. This also reduces the risk for both parties.

What has changed as a result of the current pandemic?

The pandemic shifted our ways of working and we have now shifted to all digital resources to increase safety and client satisfaction.

On projects, we are 100% compliant with local laws and restrictions. We will also advice our clients if we anticipate the scope of the project may conflict with these to find a solution together.
